Christmas Hat Make Your Own

A flexible measuring tape like the kind used by a tailor or anyone who makes bespoke clothing might come in handy if you want to measure the circumference of the top of your head.

Use a hole punch to put a hole on each side of the bottom edge of the hat and tie a piece of thin elastic though them and your hat is done.
